Nick Balser, Broker and Founder of Lifetime Realty Group LLC, was born and raised in Shelbyville, a small rural town in Northeast Missouri. In 2007, he graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Marketing. Together with his wife Tina, they opened The Pin Deck Pro Shop in Columbia, MO in 2008, supporting the local bowling community for over 5 years. Concurrently, Nick pursued a career in student services at the University of Missouri and obtained a Master’s Degree in Higher Education in 2016.

Driven by his aspiration to help others, Nick became a realtor in 2019. Over the years, he diligently studied the local market and provided exceptional services and expertise to clients across Missouri. Fast forward to 2023, Nick elevated his career by becoming a broker and establishing Life Time Realty Group, where he has become a trusted advisor for clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.

Outside of his professional life, Nick treasures his role as a family man, cherishing moments spent with his wife Tina and their three children. An enthusiastic outdoorsman, he finds joy in bow hunting whitetails and enhancing wildlife habitat on his personal properties.
