Nick helped us through the entire process start to finish and had us prepared so there were no surprises in the end. We wanted to see as many houses as possible to help us get a feel for what we liked and didn’t, Nick was there to show us all of them and talk through the pros and cons of each. My son and I were looking for a tract of land in north Missouri that we could use for hunting, fishing and recreation.  I contacted Nick to find us something suitable for our needs.  Within a few days, he found a tract that met everything we were looking for.  We made an offer and within a week we had a contract to purchase it.  We enjoyed working with Nick.  We felt he represented us very well.
